Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All orders are processed within standard working hours. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2. Delivery Locations

We deliver throughout South Africa. For international orders, please contact us at sales@zansmed.com

3. Delivery Times

Our deliveries are typically completed within 24 to 72 hours for most urban areas. Please note that deliveries to extreme outlying areas are serviced on specific days of the week.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders over R400. For orders under R400, a standard fee applies. Please note that we cannot refund the delivery fee if you choose to cancel your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

Returns Policy

6. Returns

You may return your purchase within 30 days for a refund, replacement, or exchange if:

  • You have the original receipt.

  • The item is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be returned. This will be clearly marked on the product’s page.

8. Defective Goods

Defective goods can be returned within 6 months of the date of purchase if:

  • You have the original receipt.

  • The goods have been used for their intended purpose and cared for as instructed.

Upon return, you will have the option to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded.

9. Refund Process

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank to complete the processing of your refund.

10. Cost of Returns

If you are returning an item because it is defective or due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

11. Further Assessment

We reserve the right to send returned products for further assessment to determine the cause of the issue.
