Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Zans African Medical as your trusted partner. We are committed to delivering your orders accurately and efficiently from our base in Pretoria, Gauteng.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our shipping options are designed to be clear and convenient for our clients.

- Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate of [e.g., R150] for standard orders across South Africa. Delivery typically occurs within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders over R3,000.

- Heavy & Bulk Items: Please note that large or heavy items, such as hospital furniture and certain large equipment, require special handling and do not qualify for standard or free shipping. For these items, please contact us at sales@zansmed.com or call us on +27 12 346 1060 for a custom shipping quote prior to placing your order.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available from the courier service.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that due to the nature and value of our products, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address for your clinic, hospital, or facility is required for delivery.

5. International Shipping

We currently ship within the Republic of South Africa. For inquiries regarding shipping to neighbouring countries, please contact our sales team directly for a custom quote and to discuss logistical requirements.

6. Damages in Transit

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at sales@zansmed.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. You can also call us at +27 12 346 1060 to report the issue. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will work with you towards a satisfactory solution. Please retain all original packaging and the damaged goods before filing a claim.
