The vials feature a cylindrical, round-bottom design and are available in two material options: Polypropylene (PP), which is translucent, and Polystyrene (PS), which is glass-clear transparent. They are paired with separate caps made from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Manufactured in an ISO Class 8 clean room , these vials and caps are certified DNase, RNase, and Pyrogen free. The materials comply with USP Class VI standards. Certified Pure: The products are certified DNase, RNase, Pyrogen, Endotoxin, ATP, Human DNA, and Heavy Metal free. They are also GC/MS tested. Contaminant-Free: Manufactured without the use of animal-origin raw materials (BSE/TSE free) or any materials containing latex or natural rubber. Performance (PP Vials): Temperature Range: -80°C to +121°C. Autoclavable: Yes (at 121°C, 15 psi for 20 minutes). Centrifugation: Can withstand 3,000 RCF. Chemical Resistance: Can accept common acids, alkalies, and solvents at room temperature. Performance (PS Vials): Temperature Range: -10°C to +70°C. Autoclavable: No. Centrifugation: Can withstand 1,400 RCF. Chemical Resistance: Can accept mild bases and weak acids, but not organic solvents. Leak-Proof: PP vials are leak-tested to 400 mm Hg, and PS vials are tested to 300 mm Hg. Certified: The products are CE and IVD certified.
